I recently applied for a rental place with re-max explaining to them that I have recently relocated to ladysmith as well as start as new job therefore I was not able to send them payslips or proof of address which I explained to them. the next moment I receive a email saying they cant help me as my salary is not more than R8000 pm to me this is discrimination due to a low income I receive. I am not the only person this has been told to. The people at re-max ladysmith are not helpful at all and are only thinking of their HIGH commissions they can earn.
I am not happy at all, I have the money to rent the flat< but will not recommend anyone to rent from them ever.
I am very upset as rentals are scares in Ladysmith and are way over priced.
Please sort this out. I am not happy
