Terrible Employer Conduct

I was under the employ of this individual. Up until the day he removed one of his female employee's cellphones from a desk, and when it was returned it was found to be in the picture folder. When asking for people to back him up, I could not say anything as I did not know what he did with the cell phone when he left. Because of that he shouted & swore at me.

I then decided this was not the environment for me to be working in, came in the next day took my stuff & left. (half an hour later receiving an sms asking me not to come back? Maybe to try cover himself)

Since then a commission payment has been registered. All other agents involved have received their commissions. Except myself. I have got constant stories, from waiting for invoices, to money not reflecting, to servers being down. Until the latest today, after trying to phone to see where my money is but only getting voicemail. This individual called me back, and stated that I will only receive my commission when he is good & ready to pay it over. Is this the ethics & conduct that an International brand such as Harcourts allows? This one individual is doing irreparable damage to your brand
