Poor Sectional Title Management

The Sectional Title Development, Manor Gardens, Lynnwood Manor, Pretoria managed by Manor Body Corporate and Pretor Property Group, Managing Agent, are reneging there mandate in terms of the Sectional Title Act to Maintain, Manage & Administer the scheme. There is concurrent structural damage and degradation of components as a result of the non-compliance. Communication dated July 2012 and February 2013 remains unanswered in this regard. The situation is resulting in degradation of the scheme influencing the property value of the development.
