False pretenses to his customers

We were taken to a property in meyersdal to view when we were mislead by information that he had given us about the parking arrangements, He had told us that we have one allocated parking bay and another in the visitors parking and that it would be a first come first serve basis between the residents but forgot to mention that there is not enough parking for all residents in the complex as we are constantly having to move cars at all hours of the night and wait atleast 30 minutes in the morning for people to come and move their vehicles as everyone is forever parking each other in because of the lack of parking space in the complex. We were also told that all the broken things in our unit would be replaced within the first week of us staying there but had only been done 2 months later and still not completed. We are paying R7000 .00 a month for a 2 bed 1 bath excluding water and light but yet other units in the complex are paying no more than R6000 .00 each month. Our rental agent never gets back to us unless we contact him and he had told us that he neither knew about the parking situation which is a load of nonsense. we are not happy at all with rawson!!! 19 nottinghill Meyersdal
