Dear JHB property Owners,
Please be wary of a property called Longain Realty.
They seem to browse classifieds looking for properties that are being sold under market value. They then have the property assessed and submit an offer. While you under the impression it's a serious offer it is not unless they are able to sell your property to someone else at a higher price.
Folks, do yourselves a favour and stay clear Longain. I've wasted my time and just under R3k getting on an electrical certificate and obtaining rates clearance from the municipality all for nothing.
I wish I had come across the complaint added on HelloPeter March/ April before entertaining the bogus offer.
Good luck guys and let's continue naming and shaming unethical business practices.
