I've requested a home visit for my mother since January 2013 as she is bed ridden and cannot be transported by car or wheelchair. The home visit was confirmed by Arnold Segafa and Sarah Mawelele from SASSA. In July I've again requested a home visit since nothing happened and was again informed that the home visit is booked. In September my mother did not received her Grants and I went to the head office myself and was informed by them that it will be handled as a priority case. Nothing happened. I keep on phoning every day and the call centre told me that the money were paid over to CPS. I phoned CPS and they said that my mother is not registered on their system and that SASSA must sort it out. SASSA said that CPS is responsible for home visits. In the meantime my mother did not received her money for September, October and November. I have so many reference numbers and names but no one seems to be able to help me. In the meantime my mother must suffer... PLEASE HELP US!!!
