My mother is a pension grants receiver and on the 06th September 2013 when she went to collect her pension money she was told R121 was taken from her pension grant because she borrowed airtime from the SASSA'S umoya Manje. She didn't know about this service until they took her money. She told us about the incident and we decided to contact them at their call centre where I spoke to Moeketsi and explained our problem and asked to also block the service from my mom's phone and he said he'll block it and that an investigation will be be done but till this day no call or sms or any correspondence has been made by the Sassa people. And they also made another deducted another R90.00 on the 04th October 2013.
