I want to express sincerest gratitude for most of the doctors who are working at this hospital. Big thank you. However, the nursing staff at large have no respect for patients. My mum has been hospitalized for more then a week, people in their ward 13 on the 5th floor are exposed to extreme cold conditions with no hot running water or hot water to wash and not even one hot cup of tea or coffee for the entire day, and this been reported months ago by some concerned, decent hospital staff... but hospital management could care less... It will be highly appreciated if our patience and the elderly could be treated with some respect and courtesy especially from the nursing staff who are disrespectful most of the time... I wish some one in a authoritative position could help out.
