Cosmo City used to be the cleanest suburb and now PIKITUP are failing this community. The are tons and tobs of rubbish lying everywhere on the streets, a drive through the RDP tells a story of inhumane conditions. Please CoJ, get your acts together and deliver quality service to the residents.
