Still not married after 5 months

I got married 15 December 2012. Our marriage priest handed in our documents on 16 January 2013. After checking our status online everyday, we decided to go to the Pretoria branch. On 2nd May 2013, we went in and no one could help us. No-one knew anything and we left. It has been almost 5 months now and we still not married!
