On the 10th of May I call the meter reading department to give them the meter reading of my electricity bill, and I call them several times about five without anyone taking my call. This is actually a bad service to clients because the municipality gave the clients this option to send their meter reading every month but when you utilise this service there is no one over there to heed to call. This is very frustrating because we are told to send our reading using the number provided, but it seems there is nobody to service you on the other side. The phone rings and rings until you drop, not considering that you are using the money to send this call to them.
