Continues correspondence re o/s amount

I paid this account when I bought the books via credit card in October 2013, I am still receiving invoices / transaction correspondence. I send emails and phoned the call centre, but I still receive correspondence. I even send my credit card statement as proof of payment - but nothing has been done to rectify this account. The services is disgusting!!!
