During December 2013 i enquired with Womans Health on how i could subscribe as this was an xmas present for my Sister. I received a subscription form after emailing them twice, i completed the form and returned it to the e-mail address supplied with authority to debit the 12 month subscription off my bank account in one amount. Again 2 e-mails later i was advised that the form had been sent to the relevant dept and someone would contact me to confirm that the subscription had been completed. Today is the 31st January 2014 and my initial request was sent on December 10th 2013. to this day i have received no further feedback after another 3 emails and the amount has not been debited from my bank account. All i wanted to do was subscribe as a xmas gift for my sister, maybe December 2014 Christmas was a better idea, had no idea actually trying to give a company business was that difficult.
