Octavia Hill Flats young people are on the CWP projects and was not being paid in December/ 2012Janauary/february 2013, and still awaiting their back pay, they have children, mouths to feed and creche fees to pay and still go to work without fail. Another thing is people that has been on this project since it started and are still at a lower level which I think is very unfair. their salaries are low around R670 per month whereby others get R1900 that has not even been long on this project, What can one do with R670 per month having kids and whereby their salary was suppose to me more. My question is who is who and why is the back pay not being paid. Hellow Peter please investivate and look into this matter urgently
