Nightmare Mattress from Sealy

On 17/03/2006 we purchased a Sealy 183cm Excellence Firm XL from Eric Barnard furnishers. (for some miraculous reason I still have the original invoice!) the label on the mattress promise a 15 year warranty... which apparently means absolutely nothing if they email you the terms and conditions. We slept on this mattress for 6 years when I had to replace it during October 2012. There are metal springs poking through the topper which makes it incredibly uncomfortable. on one side there's another metal wire that poked through the side which sliced open my and my partners leg on several occasions.

So sealy sends a inspector to come and inspect the mattress. The mattress that has been standing in our garage since October last year. She phones me with her report - ' they can see that there are several wires that came undone and that will make the springs poke through, yet they will not repair or replace anything on the mattress as she took pictures of the -get this- consumer ABUSE!! seriously! did she look at our home?? we take care of the things we own! now they refuse to repair our mattress!! unbelievable! thank we did not buy another sealy! will never ever ever again!!!
