I have been selling British American cigareetes for almost 40 years now and the last few years i am very disappointed with the way BAT does business with its loyal cutomers since they have taken over supplying BAT Products rather than the wholesalers. I currently have a credit line and my payments are up to date yet i have received no stock in the last 2 weeks. There seems to be some account problems with BAT and therefore I and my customers have to pay the price. Numerous attempts to solve this problem via the call centre is to no avail. I was told i would receive delivery today yet i still await??.I somehow feel it is a ploy to hold back stock due to the budget being around the corner and as we all know Sin taxes increase so therefore BAT would get a higher price for its stock on hand. I have tried endlessly over the last 2 weeks to get stock delivered to me yet i have no joy. For a person that has supported BAt for over 40 Years i am appalled by the service and treatment i am receiving. A Shane Pillay of BAT does not respond to my queries left!! How inefficient of him. Pathethic the way this company treats its retailers... as if they dont care!! Very Upset and dissatisfied!!
