I can see from the numerous reports on Hello Peter that I am not the only one being over by Drive Car Sales.
We bought a Renault Sandero with the agreement that if we drove more than 1500km we would get advertising money paid back to us. We have not been paid for December or January for that matter and still spent the money driving out petrol to make up the kilometres which could have been used on other 'more important' household expenses.
I have queries this with the help desk at customer portal on their website with not a single reply. I since got a call after complaining bitterly to the melrose branch and was told he would try get it sorted and could call back on Friday 31/01/2014.
My phone calls were ignored all day long!!! Not even a courtesy SMS ro call to say we are working on it or not.
My husband has since visited the branch where we got the car from and let rip (with all fairness) and I am yet to receive a phone call back from Kugan today 03/02/2014. I am 7 months pregnant currently and this is causing me more stress than whats its worth, especially the worry of monthly monetary living...
I will be sueing should i not receive adequate feedback.
