KCR Service levels and Big Boy Spares

My son's bike has been with KCR for almost two weeks now. It went in for its 9000km service. First I had to follow up as I never received a phone call to let me know the bike is ready for collecting. 16h00 the same day I called and I was told that the bike will not be ready as they only now found out that the brakes needs replacing. The bike will be ready the next day. The next day I called again to follow up. Now I am told the sprocket and chain needs replacing and they will call me later that day when it's done.By 16h00 I called again, the bike will not be ready as they cannot find spares. i said to Johnny, why do I have to phone you, who is the client? You should keep me updated on the progress. I advised him this is the only means of transport my son have to get to work. He promised to call back in 5 min. He never did. The next day I spoke to Derrick. He will call around and find spares; he will also call back in the next half an hour. It has been days. KCR says they cannot find spares for this bike. The service is shocking; they never call back and always seem to have excuses. I have now e-mailed Big Boys South Africa to find out what the truth is. Waiting
