My pet was recently kept at the SPCA for and injury which occurred. After calling everyday to check up on my pet I eventually got a call back from a VERY RUDE AND ABRUPT Hospital administrator. He demanded that I come in immediately and pay for test which needed sending away, leaving this message on my Voice mail.
He made it sound like I wasn't willing to pay and NO ONE ever asked for payment
He is the rudest person I have ever dealt with at the SPCA, he has really no customer or people skills, even after proving that I had never been informed that funds were required HE DIDN'T BOTHER TO APOLOGIZE as if it was below him to do so!!!
After rushing through to pay the bill, it was no longer needed as they decided to not send the tests away.
Some one needs to hold him accountable for his attitude. He CANNOT speak to people that way!!!
