We hired Erna Loock Photography [URL Removed] to be our wedding photographer on the 21st September 2013 in Port Elizabeth; and it's now 22 January 2014 we still have not received our photos, coffee table book and DVD video of our wedding from her, and these services were fully paid for weeks before the wedding day. After numerous attempts to contact the photographer Erna herself, she's now clearly avoiding me and not responding to any of my email and other messages. The last time she responded to me in December 2013 she said I'll have my photos by mid-December and that the coffee table book will be delivered to me directly from her printers; I'm still waiting for that too. She's made excuses about Telkom and her moving premises and also that the T&Cs in her contract states that it takes 3months to deliver photos during wedding season (Oct - Apr), but the contract actually says 8 weeks the most. My wedding was on the 21st September 2013, it's been 4months and I have nothing from her. I'm beyond angry and disappointed. Service providers should never be paid in full before they provide the actual service, only after they've delivered a 100% of their service; I regret now.
