I called the Village skincare and Medi Spa on Saturday afternoon at 1:32 and asked if they could see me urgently that day. They told me that they were fully booked but if I could get there by 1:45 they could squeeze me in. After rushing there and being a possible 2 or 3 minutes late, I expected them to be somewhat unfriendly about the matter of having to accomodate an unorganised person. But I found just the opposite! The staff there were very friendly and I never once felt like I was being ushered in and shoved out afterwards. My treatment was brilliant and I was treated just like any usual, pre-booked customer. Thank you to the ladies there!!!
