SAPO YET AGAIN FAILS TO DELIVER

I have followed up at Krugersdorp HUB (since track & trace shows that this is still with them) and they advised me that my parcel has been sent BACK to WITSPOS HUB and the address edited to Honeydew?!!!
I contacted Witspos with no help as no one seems to be there who can assist me. This is exactly what I was afraid of. My parcel is going to be sent back cause of negligence. The address on it is CLEARLY stated & in DELAREY JHB! I never have any trouble with other courier companies only with SAPO. I can not begin to explain my frustration and this is unacceptable! It's not the first time either!
Marie at Krugersdorp HUB (Very helpful thank you, ) said Beatrix at Witspos HUB has the package now (011) 495 0631. I don't understand WHY this would be sent to Krugersdorp in the first place?!
Please sort this out and let me know when I can get this package as it had to be here already, as I said before I will NOT be held responsible for any fees in re-sending this item to my address SAPO will! AND I DONT CARE IF YOU ARE ON STRIKE OR IF FREEZES OVER OR IF SOMEONE IS NOT THERE, THIS ITEM NEEDS TO GET DELIVERED AS I HAVE PAID A LOT OF MONEY TO GET IT TRANSPORTED!
