Credit clear debited my account with R799 on the 26 August 2013 after I had called to cancel their services and I still had time to cancel however my money was still debited I called them to request a refund and they said it would be done by month end its the 2 September and my money has still not been refunded... my debit order were returned because I was sure they would do it as they had requested bank statements to show the money was taken COULD SOMEONE PLEASE GET MY REFUND DONE OR I WILL CONTACT THE OMBUDSMAN .THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
