I am a current tenant in a Complex run by Resprop. I recently moved from 1 Unit to another and now they are withholding R1900.00 from my previous deposit as they painted out the flat. please note that the flat is a small unit which will need no more than 2 X 5L paint cans. They painted only the walls and only one coat.
I do not know if they use paint that in time produce diamond or something!!!
I had asked them for the invoice regarding the painting job about two weeks ago and to date have not received anything.
