Today 15 May 2013 my brother and I arrived at the Proto Signs offices at 26 Thora Crescent Wynberg, Sandton to see what signage options they had to offer and get a quote for our restaurant signage. We buzzed at the gate and got no response. We were then approached by someone sent from their reception who firstly would not even let us through the gate and proceeded to tell us that they had bookings for three months and would not be able to help us. When i tried to explain that all we want to discuss is what options they have and get a quote he told us they had nothing to show us here. He then proceeded to shout at us that they do not do business with people who go around knocking on doors.
Understandably we found this shockingly discriminatory and rude beyond words and would advise anyone never to do business with this company that treats people in such a deplorable manner. That kind of attitude has no place in our country and i sincerely hope that Protosigns wakes up from their backwards way of thinking and viewing people particularly in 2013.
