In the last three weeks I have received three pre-recorded phone calls from your company stating that I have a cell c account that is outstanding, and that legal action follows upon non payment.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN A CELL C CLIENT IN MY LIFE!
I have taken this up with cell c and have had confirmation from them that neither my id no nor my cell no is in their database.
Last night for the first time I was able to speak with one of your representatives. She had no idea of who was on the line as you "make thousands of calls a day". So in other words I am being hounded by a machine put in place by people so thoughtless that 'thousands" of us are being harassed each day.
Am I the only innocent one being targeted like this? I highly doubt it.
I sincerely hope the is a living, breathing person working there that can appreciate my anger and resentment at being treated like this.
