I am utterly disgusted and flabbergasted as to Via Media. In July 2012 they had a competition to in a blackberry. I entered on the knowledge of entering a competition. They did not advise that if you enter the competition that I would be billed R3 a day. Guess what I have been billed R3 a day without my consent or knowledge. When I found out last week I called the Office and I was told that a monthly sms was sent to me. I never received any subscription sms. None of the sms sent to be notified me of the billing. I find this to be because I wa misinformed. How can a company advertise a competition and then bill R3 a day for a service I am unaware of or using. I want my refund. It is extremely disturbing to know that such exist. How can a company falsely advertise for a competition. The only sms i received was something about XCITE Club. It never stated subscriptions deducted from my account. I demand a refund.
