I have now emailed an account together with my proof of payment 3 times to Bankmed and am still waiting for a response.

I have also sent in excess of 10 emails asking for email addresses of the CEO and the Complaints Dept - surprise surprise I am still waiting for them.

Bankmed used to give excellent service until they outsourced their admin to a bunch of incompetents who obviously have no customer service and/or insufficient training.
