Following my other complaint re the lack of aircons at Beacon Isle and the refusal to turn on the central aircon for the rooms at Cabana Beach I also stayed at Pinnacle Point Garden Court and the aircon dripped on the carpet the whole night continuously. We were told its normal at low temperatures so I assume most guests have this problem and cannot sleep (not like the ads). The aircon was on 23/24 which is not low and this does not happen with other aircons in other areas so either the aircons were installed incorrectly (ie the tube is not draining outside) or there is something wrong with the aircons. Maybe Tsogo Sun needs a new aircon consultant as this to me is highly important to guest comfort and judging from some complaints about the same thing at Beacon Isle I am sure I am not the only one.
