Hey!. holidays just started and i was all ready and packed for this December. i was going to Durban with my sister until someone lodged a complaint which cancelled all our bookings. how fun? we had made these bookings in OCTOBER and paid in full but someone felt the need to complain and completely ruin my 2013 holidays. we do know who its is, and it disgusts me because unfortunately it is someone who lives right up the road. we have tried everything from phoning every hour for bookings to going on the websites and calling the manager to ask for our bookings back. this is complete, that they take our money for 3 rooms and don't want to give our refunds back!!! this girl who complained about this may have got away with it but southern sun haven't. because i will be laying charges and go to the press with this!! This is not the last time you will be hearing for me as i will be posting everyday to make a point to southern sun and that thing who calls herself human.. and the best part about this is that she got her bookings completely free while we sit here in the dark with no rooms for Durban.. this is really disappointing...
