I was admitted to hospital. When i got the authorization for the specialist i was advised that the medical aid will only cover 100% medical aid scheme rate and i will have to pay in the rest. I was fine with this. Now they say they are only paying 50%? This is not fair, where they not suppose to tell me this from the beginning? I have send multiple mail and made multiple phone calls and no body seems to be able to assist me. I am a single mother and i cant afford to pay for things that was not told to me.
