I recently took my mother in law to wilgeheuwel after she had a fall just to hear that we have to pay cash as medical aid is not accepted??? We then went to flora clinic after waiting at wilgeheuwel for nearly an hour! When we got to flora we where met by friendly staff and no issues at all regarding medical aid. My mom was taken into the treating area and a few minutes later they called me in to sit with her. A friendly young chap then entered the room asking "who is here for plastic surgery" this was due to the cut my mom had on her face, she just smiled at him and he looked at her and said he will be leaving now as she doesn't need any treatment as she is pretty enough. We laughed and he then began to put stitches in for her, the great thing was how kind and gentle he was towards both of us explaining each step as he was busy and yes all the jokes inbetween! Afterwards he even took her to a mirror to have a look at his "handy work" I have never met anyone who takes so much pride in his work and who makes people enjoy even a traumatic experience!
