Daughter was admitted to maternity ward at Sunward Park hospital. Careful monitoring of her pregnancy (7 months) On Thursday 31st Oct she was scheduled for a C-section but early onset of labor put her and baby into distress. The quick action of both staff of the maternity ward and theatre, with Dr. Breeds and with unbelievable speed baby was delivered safely within minutes of mother being taken to theatre and mom is now recovering nicely. Baby weighing in at 1, 7kg. Born prematurely at 7 months. Baby is responding beautifully. Thank you to all for the quick swift and professional action that saved the lives of both my daughter and granddaughter.
