Incident date 27 Jan 2013 at 13h15 At the reception i waited a while for someone to assist me. Eventually a lady came & I told her " I need to see a doctor" Her reply"in connection with? "Now I must explain in front of everybody in die waiting area that I have diarree and how severe it is. I was at that point so dehydrated that I was dizzy, weak and could not even speak properly or even think. I told her I have diarree &Im dehydrated. Her reply"okay you'll have to wait a long while, because they are quite busy at the after hours medical services. I told her, please help me, I cant sit & wait & my diarree so severe that I will in my pants in front of everyone and they will all laugh at me. She turned around, very loud told Benita de Klerk"nurse I told the patient to wait and she told me she's going to in her pants! "Benita then came with a much worse attitude than the former lady. No sympathy, no understanding! The receptionist could've just gave me an alternative place to sit and wait, so that it's not in front of everybody. This is unacceptable behaviour&certainly not"making life better"like the logo says! I was so stunt at this hospitals staff that I turned around & walked away...
