It took me months to get Estelle to fix and refund my medical aid after I paid the IOD claim account and my medical aid did, after a lot of phone call eventually the medical aid was refunded but now I get an account every month I owe Medicross this money, phoned Estelle at least three times explaining that I did pay the bill but on the IOD file and every time she see it being paid on the IOD file and she promises to take it off our personnel file, but every end of the month I get a account again stating I owe Medicross this money.. PLEASE I am working I don't have time to waste on nonsense like this, how many times to I have to phone and explain the same thing over and over and over again. Get it fixed please it's really not that hard
