My mother was booked out of Flora Clinic Section B after having a heart valve replacement, on leaving they gave her a packet of tablets to take home, on arriving home we found that she had over and above her own medication been given someone else's medication as well, if my mother hadn't been so vigilant in checking her name on each and every bottle or box, she would have taken someone else's medication. This just doesn't cut it for me. The utter negligence, and lack of professionalism is pathetic. Then to top it all... medication (antibiotics) which she was supposed to have to take every few hours was not even given to her on release from hospital. No wonder people die for no reason sometimes... because people don't do their jobs right, and you would think that in the Medical industry it would be first and foremost to check things...
