After reading some of the complaints here on Hello.Peter I have noticed that there are more people with the same problem as what I have with Vitality. Lack of communication from there Billing / Accounts department.
I have done all the paper work in time for Vitality to change my Banking details after FNB was told they not allowed I have to send it to Vitality. Same happen with Discovery after a Doctors visit that ended up in Hospital I had to pay R1821.00 Cash to the Doctor and was promised to be paid on Paid to R1 821.40 will be paid to you on 2013/03/03 . I only received this money in May 2013. Once again no communication, I had to phone after Accounts to get this sorted out.
Now regarding Vitality - If you as the accounts department get change of Banking details and you try to debit the Account and says account doesn't exist. Why don't you call me and tell me there is a problem? Why leave it from JANUARY 2013 - JUNE 2013 . Plus I had to send the same paper work 3 times. How come you kept loosing paper work on emails??? I will not be liable for your mistake VITALITY .
I still had no reply from Vitality after spending hour on the phone and sending a Mail on HELLO.PETER
