Samsung customer care provided me with Boksburg service centre number which at best of times is just ringing. Managed to book my phone, where i have been to from the moment I stepped in. Needless to say no one returns calls.
On Saturday Samsung customer care consultant Mbali is the only person who tried to help seeing that the service centre is returning to me a phone which they know they didn't even looked at over a week after I booked it. At my request she escalated my problem to the Customer care "manager" for whom I left number of urgent messages today-Monday. Every time I called the customer care consultants were surprised Thabo still didn't return my calls, at my request I was put on hold /- 20min at the time and often get cut off at the end. I was told he didn't feel that the escalation was for him so he didn't want to even take my calls. Only when i requested to speak to his supervisor/superior I received a call from him to be told that he "couldn't get hold of the service centre himself".
After insisting to speak to someone interested in a client complaint i did get a call from Thabo and put on hold twice where after holding for the customary 20 min i will get cut off again
