Late Delivery, Wrong Product, Changed Product??

Hi There,

I've been on Twisp Clearo since Septermber 2013...

Apart from the fact that, the liquid does not last as long as the sales consultants at Tygervalley initially said it will, I litterally used double, but phased into it. The Coils DOES NOT last up to 6 weeks... Just because the coil is still functioning... doesn't mean it's functioning as it should... yes, after 4-5 weeks usage... it works... but you have to litteraly the liquid out of the twisp to make it "smoke" just a little but... not the smoking experience anyone whishes for.

I buy 2-4 20ml bottles a month... each and everytime, "Toasted Tobacco". On my last order, online, I got a call, you were out of stock (Friday), but Monday, the package came, and the toasted tobacco, is now yellow'ish coloured... and it does not taste the same at all... Plus, 1 of the bottles I recieved... says... "Homopathic" don't think I specifically asked for anything like that?

Just plain normal BROWN "Toasted tobacco"
