Installation still not working

I bought a pvr for a new house with a blingstallation voucher, they came to install even though I had to pay R2500 over and above the voucher.

When I moved to the house - A week after installation, the installation didn't work, it's complaining abt an lnb cable not connected to satellite dish. I called blingstallation Te next day, I was told I would be charged a call out fee, I said I refused to be charged because the error states its installation related. The guy I spoke to said he'll speak to his manager and get back to me, he never did. I called again, was told the same thing my request is with scheduling department, I must wait for an SMS confirming the repair date. Needless to say, I've been waiting for over a week now. I call everyday and I'm told I'll get a call/ SMS from installation department by close of business an it never happens.

I'm tired of calling an being told the same thing everyday. I just want blingstallation to refund me all my money, remove their non working installation and I'll get decent installers to install my pvr.
