For the past two weeks I have tried to access my Unisa details and submit assignments, but I am not able to because I am receiving a message which says that my registration has been cancelled because of outstanding fees.
Nowhere have I found any information about any outstanding accounts and the only amount payable (according to the myUnisa website), is due in August.
Nevertheless, I deposited more money into Unisa's account but I still cannot access any information or submit my assignments without getting that message.
On the Unisa website Mr Lesabe is in charge of students accounts - this man does not answer a phone or reply to emails.
Unisa's online contact form also does not deliver any answers.
I must say, Unisa modules are very well organized and I am learning a lot, but their Admin people are useless!!!
