I am currently a frustrated 3rd year student. Unisa has email add and sms codes to forward queries to, but they NEVER respond. I have a problem with my credits for 2nd year and CANNOT GET ANYONE TO REPLY LET ALONE ASSIST ME!!!
I have even emailed the ombudsman at Unisa and even that too is non-existent... whats the point of having all these facilities when it is not supported by Unisa. I am a part-time student and do not have the time to go to Pretoria as I work full time.
PLEASE WILL SOMEONE AT UNISA PLEASE ASSIST ME URGENTLY!!!
