I completed all of my modules as advised by UNISA in December 2012. I passed them all and have been trying to get my degree/certificate from UNISA for a few weeks. UNISA does not respond to any phone or email interaction. I have mailed every email they could set an autoresponder up for and have had no luck. Strangely you need proof of the degree for things like getting a job. In my experience it is best to communicate with UNISA via this website, as they do not respond to any conventional methods. Please get back to me or just send me my dam certificate so I can get on with my life.
