I would like to say Thank you to the above mentioned people and the rest of the team who went the extra mile and left no stone unturned.

I applied for admission at Unisa and uploaded uncertified documents, i realised this later and uploaded certified documents, i was not notified about this in time, i received an email to say that my application has failed as it was incomplete.

i sent communication to query this, and the team updated me regularly on the progress of the case, and finally resolved it.

i take my hat off to them for delivering, and putting their clients at the fore front.
