This is not the first or I guess the last compliant that I am putting against damelin, in March 2013 I spoke to a person named Thapelo Morajane [thapelo. [email protected]] who advised me that my account is in arrears I then made a double payment on my account and he advised me that he will extend my contract. I phoned damelin on the 19/08/2013 and I was then advised that this is not possible today I got a call from their collections department who by the way is very rude not wanting to listen to my problems after I told her that I am also under debt review but I am paying damelin I also told her that I just paid my registration to write exam as its 450.00 a subject to write 1 subject with damelin so I paid about more or less r2000.00, she rather treathened me saying I am not going to get my results as I told her that I am quite aware that, that is how damelin works I want to know what is she going to do about the wrong info thapelo gave me. I mailed thapelo on the 19/08/2013 to find out what's happening to date he never responded I really don't think damelin stands up to their promise of assisting they just money hungry I am so sick of them where did they lose their professionalism.
