I did some freelance training work for Arenaria Training Projects (owned by Prince Khama) in Gaborone in January. This was all done at the last minute and I went ahead in order to keep the client happy and to preserve my working relationship with Prince. I was promised a daily rate of a certain amount and have not received all the money that was promised to me. The money was paid to me over a few months, which was never the original agreement. The work was completed, the client was happy and yet I am having to fight for the balance that is owed to me 7 months later. I have sent numerous emails, sms's and have tried to phone but I still have not received the balance. I have suggested that the balance be paid back to me over several payments if Arenaria Training Projects does not have the cash flow to pay me the lump sum of R3000 but even this has not been done and I have had no response. I'm very disappointed in the way this has been handled.
