I'm building a house in Mmakaunyana village in the Winterveld Mabopane district, and it is a far distance to deliver all the required building materials to this spot. After 4 weeks and several deliveries of materials to the building site I can just compliment Builders Warehouse, their accounts executive who has been looking after all my orders and deliveries i.e. Carel van Aswegen, and their deliveries team for an overall great service experience. Believe me there were a couple of orders and a couple of deliveries that didn't go great, but then Carel would take ownership and ensure that the issues were addressed and rectified to satisfaction of me, the Customer. Carel even went to the building site on a few occasions to sort out issues and walked the extra mile to ensure all was in order.
