Eddie, the owner of Elite showers contacted the customer early in January 2013, and in good faith offered to return the deposit paid for this particular shower. It's noted that the customer was satisfied with the showers that were installed by Elite in November (Quality of workmanship as well as the project management was good). The nature of the complaint pertaining to the 3rd shower (logged in Hello Peter) was an issue of non delivery by Elite showers (Elite were let down by their suppliers), and the communication thereof to the customer.
