In 2006 we had our pool installed by Hawaiian Pools and I was very satisfied with the service supplied. They supply a 10 year guarantee on the workmanship and marbelite.
A year or so later we had a hole in the marbelite appear and again Hawaiian Pools attended and patched the marbelite for me.
2013 and a new hole has appeared in the marbelite. Numerous attempts have been made to setup an appointment for them to come through and to date I still sit with unpatched marbelite.
I understand that they lost a family member during this time and it was difficult to keep the business together. However, I feel enough time has passed for them to regroup and address the issues.
