In April of this year I renovated my patio area and chose to install stacking doors, aluminium sliding windows and aluminium windows trough out my home.
I contacted Aluwood to do the job- the doors and windows where installed late April- All worked well however the lock on the stacking doors was very tempremental- eventually was stuck and needed to be repaired.
Asking the supplier for this seemed almost a crime. Eventually someone was sent, and the lock repaired (NOT REPLACED) in the beging of May my maid was washing the aluminium windows- where one of the burglur bars just fell off- I then got a locksmith to repair the window as I dare ask the supplier. When the bar had been repaired I was told the screws used where for wood! Needless to say the lock is now jammed again- I have informed the supplier and a week and a half later I still can not access my garden. After many emails back an forth with a very harsh undertone I have been told to be patient and not to be rude as this is NOT a 24 hour service! I refuse to take this treatment after all the money I have spent with this supplier! I am beyond frustrated!!!
